Change status text in BPM worklist - Performance Approval

Hi , Hope you are all doing well

I was looking to change the text of the status displayed in the header section of the BPM Worklist in the PerfDocApproval Task.For example the header looks like “Performance Document - Annual Feedback of name was Rejected” , Here we want to change the way it appears .Instead of saying rejected we want to display as “Returned” and the came goes in to their email for Subject line.So,Where can this be customized?

Tried in Manage tasks> PerfDocApproval Task configuration>Notifications>Title(did not help)
