Change spfile location in Oracle 10g Linux Platform

Dear friends ,

I want to change my spfile default location and change to another location in Oracle10g using Linux platform.
By default I know it situates in "$ORACLE_HOME/dbs" location , But I want to take it into another location ,so that when i execute "STARTUP" command then it reads spfile form that new location. is it possible to do ?
