Change SID Alone in Oracle Database 11g

Hi All,

My Environment is -------> Oracle 11g Database Release 1 On Windows 2003 Server SP2(Standalone)
Requirement is ------------> Wants to change the SID alone in my test database

I am tryring to Change my Sid name in one of my test database(SID Should be like TEST_ACCESS,Database Name Should be like WTEST)
Current sid and database names are same (WTEST). Please tell me how to Change the sid alone.
