Change Reset Password dialog box default action (OIM 11gR2)

Hello.

When HelpDesk or an Admin user resets the password to another user, I want to change the default behavior of the popup from "Auto generate the password" to "Manually change the Password". I want the new default action to be "Manually change ..." in all cases.

Is there a configuration option? A file to change?!

I have OIM 11gR2, manual page is for 11g, but the popup is the same.
