change port to 1522 instead of 1521 but tnsping still show port 1521

I changed the TNS and Listener port from 1521 to 1522
but I still get port 1521 when I do a tnsping.

Where is this coming from because I have changed and saved the TNSnames file
and the listener?

I am troubleshooting error ORA-12541 no listener
