Change Parameter

Dear All,
I have create two parameters. One is by static values and another is by Select statement...
is it possible.... if I select one value from first (static values) Parameter then second parameter list will be black or ommited in report.

consider this - - -

1st parameter contain : 1, 2, 3 and 'None'
and
2nd parameter contain: some values from db table;

Now if I select 'None' from 1st parameter list then second parameter will not work in report. May be it will be disabled or blank or anything.

Please help me....
