Change location of subregion within parent chart region

I have a few regions on a page with each containing a chart. Within the chart region, I want to have a subregion with 2 numbers (a List or Classic Report) but I want to to be place it to the right of the chart.

When adding a subregion, it seems to default to below the chart. Is there a place to change this?

Current Apex version is 5.0.3
