change IP adress

Hi expert ,

oracle 10g under windows ,

the story is create db link between oracle 11g ASM RAC under OL 5.6 with oracle 10g under windows
but there is no ping between the 2 servers and the network team say this is not possible i mean these 2 server never reach both of them
so they give us new IP to change it in oracle 10g side and in this database there is no app just oracle client to access these database ,
what the effected on db side just change the TNSNAMES in server and client side?
