Change in Ownership not being updated when promote at Unit Level
We have recently upgraded to 11.1.2.1, the users are complaining that they promote at the unit level one step above lev0, when promoting at that level approval flow is not being updated to reflect the promotion.
It just track changes on the level 0 children level but not at the parent level. So instead of one email for parent member, it sends out an email for every level0 children member.
It worked in the v9.3.3.
Can any expert suggest any workaround or solutions for this ?
