Change in behavior for idle session timeout in 4.6?
JeffroNov 3 2010 — edited Nov 4 2010It appears that the behavior of the idle session timeout feature (tarantella-config-array-webtopsessionidletimeout) has changed with version 4.6?
In version 4.5, if a user was a member of the SGD Global Administrators group, that user was NOT subject to the idle session timeout feature. After upgrading to version 4.6, members of the Global Administrators group ARE subject to the timeout feature.
I don't think administrators should be subject to the timeout feature. Was this a planned change? Any other way to exempt an administrator or other user from the timeout? All or nothing is not very useful.
