change "http:\\12.1.1.16:8080\NewAge\H_home.jsp " to http:\\mynew.com

dear freinds,

i am in urgent need to convert

http:\\12.1.1.16:8080\NewAge\ISCare\H_home.jsp to

http:\\www.somename.com

acttually i have a web server running on the solaris machine with ip address 12.1.1.16
how can i access the page outside the LAN & need to change
http:\\12.1.1.16:8080\NewAge\H_home.jsp to some name like
http:\\somename.com or anything like it.
