change database adress and sid after a Repository Creation Utility in forms 12c

i have sucesfukky installed Forms / Report 12c

after a time i have change the adress and isd of referedd database

and weblogic / forms / report do no start more .....

i Think it was RCU adress point ...

I have recreated new RCU with the new adress / sid

but the weblogic / forms / report do not start more.

There some place to change the adress of the new database ( or sid ) ....
