Change Data Capture Oracle XE

I want to use CDC for building a Datawarehouse. My flow of my data is Source->Staging (volatile)-->ODS (Integrated cleaned database, non volatile) -> Dimensional Modell (DWH)

The data has to be deliverd near real time and only changed data should be in the ETL process. What can I do with Oracle XE? So many features aren´t available and how can I use CDC now with Oracle 11g?

Do you have some expieriences?

I would be great if somebody has some suggestions.
