Change Data Capture - CDC in Oracle 12cR2

Hello,

Do we still have these packages belonging to CDC in Oracle 12cR2 EE or is it completely removed from this version.

I know Oracle deprecated/desupported this feature starting from 12cR1 and promoting OGG which is too expensive for us.

Also, we do have CDC setup for only 15 tables is there any alternative tools available.
