Change Conection

Hello everybody.

My enviroment is this :

I have some databases in diferents servers. and Forms and reports services install in another,

My problem I want that the user go into a form and can choice what database he want to connect. (By choicing a option, not giving the user/password@conectionname)

I have the tnsnames.ora with all the conection tested and working right.

Any idea wellcome.
