Change case for Roman numerals

Saaz EnaNov 11 2009 — edited Nov 12 2009
Hi All,

I have Roman numerals with a char and want to chane the case. could someone please help me in solving this problem.
SQL> select nls_initcap('VIA PARC XVII BOH') name from dual;

NAME
-----------------
Via Parc Xvii Boh
The output is Via Parc Xvii Boh. but actually roman numerals like V, X MC, III should be in upper case. like Via Parc XVII Boh
