Change background color of a region

I searched the forums for this but haven't seemed to find what I'm looking for.

I have several regions on a page and they all have the default white background but I have a requirement to make one region stand out with a green background.

How can I set the background color for just one region on the page?

I at first tried changing the Template to Alert and using "Success" which makes it a very pale green but they want a darker green:
