Change/add title of confirm dialog - 19.2 (previous solutions no longer work?)

I know this topic has been discussed a-plenty in the past - eg ...

John Snyders-Oracle

apex.confirm("Is this OK?");

$(".ui-dialog--notification .ui-dialog-content").dialog("option", "title", "My Title");

Am I missing something ...? ... if I cut and paste this code as a Javascritpt DA on a button click ... it does not work in 19.2 ... my dialog has no title ... has something changed?

Looking everywhere for a simple solution to add a title to a confirmation dialog ... !
