CGI error

807567Feb 19 2003 — edited Oct 8 2003
Running iWS 6.0 SP5 on Solaris 8. Trying to run cgi scripts. Getting the following error:

[19/Feb/2003:09:48:13] failure ( 770): for host xx.x.xxx.xx trying to GET /cgi-bin/blah.cgi, cgi_start_output reports: cannot execute CGI script /BLUNOCPFTP01/data/business/comwavz.com/cgi-bin/blah.cgi (Unable to set group), chroot=<none>, dir=cgi-bin, user=comwavz, group=comwavz

User and group comwavz has been created and the file folder is chmod 755. I have enabled cgi as a file type on the server. Virtual server has comwavz set as user and group for cgi. I can see no differences between our current production web server settings and the one I am setting up.

Please help.

Thanks,
Matt
