CFU Problem

I am using
Check For Updates oracle 11.1.1.0.11.42.62

I did a full download of the latest version released mid last month. I tried to CFU to check if any new updates available. I saw when it tried to connect to Official Oracle Extension & Update an error popped up as below & after some time a message on the status bar appeared as ! No updates available. Does it means really no updates available or CFU cannot get information from the site ?
Any work around.
