Certification Access Issues - Oracle Policy Modeling Essentials and Oracle Intelligent Advisor 2021 Implementation

I am having trouble accessing these courses and documents. I get a 404 error each time. Also, I tried the Live Assistance on the Oracle University support but the chat agent disconnected me without a resolution. Any ideas or options to access these documents or courses? I tried:
