Certificate Not Generated Despite Completion Email

I completed the Oracle course "[Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AI Foundations ]" and received a completion email on [16-05-2025]. However, my certificate is not visible in CertView. My Oracle account and Pearson VUE account are the same, and I urgently need access to my certificate.

I will complete the two courses but in certview one certificate only visible make me some please it's argent
