We have a HRMS hosted in OCI Hyderabad region and am struggling to get certificate details of email server. we currently have senddirect diasbled and emails is going outside of my org using spf record however for inside domain we are struggling with email delivery as DKIM is configured and in order to setup O365 connector we need the public ip and certificate details of OCI Hyderabad email infrastructure *.ocs.oraclecloud.com is not working can someone help with details on priority. Any help will be highly appreciated with detailed steps what is to be done to make it work.
