Cerner (Millennium and Soarian) Sandbox/Developer/Test patients

Workflow or API calls:

My company has implemented FHIR with another EMR. I am trying to integrate with Millenium using a test interface. I have an account on https://code-console.cerner.com/ and https://code-console.sandboxcerner.com/.

I assumed I needed 1 app for Millennium and 1 for Soarian, although from other posts Soarian may not have test patients.

I don't see anywhere with the URLs above for Millennium to start a test. I am probably missing something about where the test patients are handled. Thanks
