Does Cerner have additional trust criteria or processes related to sending and receiving direct messages? We are a healthtech start-up with a Direct Address through another HISP and some of our messages to our Cerner client are failing.
Our direct address vendor/HISP says that Cerner did not return a dispatched MDN that confirms delivery to the recipient within the required 60 minutes.
