I am trying to integrate CDS hook services in Cerner SMART on FHIR Application. While I went through the link for reference

it does provide us the next steps on how to configure the CDS services but I do not have login credentials and while creating account it asks for some specific information.
My 1st question is: Is the Cerner CDS Hook available, if available
2nd Question: What are next steps to make that option available in Cerner Sandbox where I already have a SMART ON FHIR APP created. Do I need to need send an email to Cerner Team to provide next steps or something along those lines.
