Cerner CDS Hook Availability.

I am trying to integrate CDS hook services in Cerner SMART on FHIR Application. While I went through the link for reference

it does provide us the next steps on how to configure the CDS services but I do not have login credentials and while creating account it asks for some specific information.

My 1st question is: Is the Cerner CDS Hook available, if available

2nd Question: What are next steps to make that option available in Cerner Sandbox where I already have a SMART ON FHIR APP created. Do I need to need send an email to Cerner Team to provide next steps or something along those lines.

Our CDS Hooks implementation is not GA at this point and, for client developers, must go through a review and approval process.

Is there any update on the timeline for when CDS Hooks may be GA?

Before general release will an Oracle customer be able to request support, for CDS Hooks to enable integration with an App? If so what would this process be?

Does the (non GA) implementation provide a way to embed the card results into the EHR (i.e. make sure that the experience is not disruptive via a modal).
