Currently there are multiple locations where the Oracle help documents are stored, specifically for Oracle WACS - some on MOS Portal, some on the help page and some via Oracle documentation library. If a user or developer is stuck with something and need answers, they need to navigate to different document pages/locations – go through different documents and then maybe find what they are after and if not found, we need to raise an Oracle SR just to get that info which takes a few days to few weeks. If all the documents are stored in one location, Oracle Documentation Hub and an AI agent added to that hub for finding out the documentation and maybe page number to point to what exactly we need will be helpful and will help us prevent raising unnecessary SRs on MOS and get the information that is available easily.
