center all components like timesofindia.com/ www.cnn.com

All,

I have to create a look and feel some thing like this [http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/] or [www.cnn.com] in Jdev 11.1.2.1. For eg : the page background should cover the center page so that resolution change does not affect the layout. The components are rendered right in the center. Currently if i put a background image on the page it covers the full page. If the resolution is high then we can see white screen or a colored screen, which does not look nice.
