Center a region in the middle of the page

Hi All.

APEX 4.2.5

XE 11.2

Theme 26

Page template : No tabs, left and right sidebar

I have a single HTML region with a bunch of buttons on it that Im using as a menu... Region template Im using is "Page Template Body 3. There is nothing else on the page.

I'd like to centre the HTML region both horizontally and vertically in the middle of the page.. Ive researched and there seem to be plenty of options, but so far none of them work for me.

Any help would be much appreciated...
