Cell Offload Efficiency Meaning

Hello Friends,

The SQL Monitoring Details in OEM for some queries in our Exadata x6-2 environment show a Cell Offload Efficiency % as a negative value.

What is the meaning of Cell Offload efficiency and why is it a negative value? Could you please help me with understanding this?
