CCS Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard

It would be very useful have a dashboard for real-time monitoring of application resource usage for Customer Cloud Service. This is feature enhancement we would like to see.

We'd like to use this info to investigate seasonal dips in performance within CCS so we can begin to better manage peak times.
