CCS has a limitation of 10 changes for rate structure. However we need to increase that as out SAs have seasonal structure. Hence the SAs have more that 10 rate changes. and once it crosses 10, the rates do not switch. We are not able to delete old rate structures as it might affect historical billing. Request you to please increase the limit. Please note we have already raised an Severity 3 SR 3-35713481371.
