cc mail using utl_smtp

I am able to send mail using utl_smtp.
I want to put multiple cc's I tried as
abc@xyz.com;pqr@xyz.com and abc@xyz.com,pqr@xyz.com
but it fails.

any Idea how to send mail with multiple cc's.
