Catching Business Events using Oracle APPS Adapter

Hi All,

I am trying to catch Business events which is generated on creation of sales order in Oracle APPs 11.5.10 using Apps Adapter in BPEL.
I have followed .......10.1.3.0\B31017_01\integrate.1013\b28351\T430238T430579.htm from the Oracle Site.
But I am not able to do it.
So I have few question.

1) Do we need write our own Business Events or there are Default Business Events provided..

2) I have read in one of the threads that there is some Patch required for that.
I am using SOA-Suite 10.1.3.3.0
DB version is 9.2.8.0

Can someone claify my doubts.
