Catalog Manager command line prompts

Hi All,

I have found a really good blog on how to generate catalog reports from command line from the below blog.

when i try the above it was not working for me. I am getting " 'catalogmanager' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

can anyone please let me know which folder do i need to be in to run the above commands. I am using OBIEE 11G.
