carousel report

I have a report that displays news that that the users might need.

At the moment I just display the title in a classic report. The users can then click on the title and they go to the full record, to read.

Is it possible to display this report in a carousel region, displaying title and description. The carousel should only show one record at a time

Any information is appreciated
