please help me with the following questions..

sorry i am trying to compare 2 unrelated paths here
sorry for asking lot of questions.

i would to know how is the career in soa compared to oracle applications
1. in no of jobs ( i think oracle apps has significantly more no of jobs than soa)
please let me know if i am correct or not.
2. in longer term which career path is better to choose.
3. how are the salaries in soa compared to oracle apps (both contracting and fte)
4. as compared to jobs in oracle apps, the talent pool in oracle apps is also too high.
how is the talent pool in oracle soa?
5. i know some frnds who works on integration tools like TIBCO,JCAPS will struggle to find jobs.is it the same for oracle soa?

please guide me to choose the right career.
