Career Advice for DBA

I want to take advice from all of my seniors.

I am working as a Oracle database administrator from past 8+ years.
Most of my experience is on oracle 9i/10g/11g.With OCP in all oracle 9i,10g and 11g.

I am having 6+ years of experience on RAC.

I want to grow more technically and financially.But not sure in which direction I should go.I am looking for some directions.

Option A: Is getting into management a good idea.What do I have to do to get into managment.Do I have to take do MBA.

Option B: Shall I take OCM exam.

Option C: Both MBA and OCM.

Option D: Data Modeling and Design.
