Card returning Execution Error OR No specific diagnosis (6400).

Hello All,
I am new in java card, and currentally i am working in Global Plaform 2.2.1.
I am daily facing a problem while loading the applet in the card.
The problem is when i loading a applet in the card then it is loading sucessfully with status word 9000.
but it gives the Execution error(64 00) while reading the Data Blocks of the applet.
it is not happen simultaneously. Some time it happen and some time not.
but it already changes the life cycle state of applet is Loaded when it gives error.
Please help.
