Capture Latency

Hi All,

I have a request from one of my customer to enable oracle streams for them on production. So far i configured it on UAT but I am facing an issue where OEM showing me that Capture Latency value is reached to its threshold for all the capture processes hence not capturing the changes at all. Could any body let me know how to handle this Capture Latency issue.

Quick response is expected as I am stuck with it since last 2 days.
