Cant run Universal Installer

I am having problems running the Oracle Universal Installer, Im new using linux so Im lost without tutorials.

I already set up the user, java, and other stuff. But when I use ./runInstaller it says an error "cannot execute binary file" so I dont know what to do now.

Any help or suggestion will be great
