Cant Find lsnrctl - Resolved

I am running on RH Linux. I have three boxes running Oracle 10g, different versions.

oraprod and oratest work fine. reports does not.

When I enter lsnrctl start on our reports box it says command not found.

As root, I ran find / -name lsnrc* and got no hits.

Shouldn't every box with Oracle have lsnrctl?
