cant find any data source name in vs 2017.

is there any option to get data source, or what should i do to get datasource?
i do reinstall oracle, vs 2017.
still not working until now.
Capture.JPGi search in discussion and no any answer for my problem.
do i need setting first in oracle sql developer first?
