cant execute java compiler??MSVCRT.DLL error

I have a P4 processor with 256 MB RAM , 40 GB hd drive. Recently I have installed java software (tried with all versions one at a time) and I've encountered a typical problem. When i execute the java compiler or any file , except java.exe, I get the following error and I am unable to execute the compiler or any other exe file under the java\bin directory. I have also checked the same java software in other machines , but it seems to execute prorerly in all the machines. Sir, I am looking for a positive feedback very soon. I will be very greatful if you help me out. The message I encounter is(after executing the javac.exe file is:
