Cant connect to PowerCenter Workflow manager - new install of OBIEE

Hi,
I'm installing the OBIEE stack, and when I try to connect to PowerCenter Workflow Manager, I'm getting:
10/27/2008 06:02:35-[REP_12164] Domain-related error: [[DOM_10033] [DOM_10033] Service [Oracle_BI_DW_Base] does not exist in domain [DomainBI]. [FAULT_PCSFCONFIGEXCEPTION]].
10/27/2008 06:02:38-[REP_55102] Failed to connect to repository service [Oracle_BI_DW_Base].

10/27/2008 06:25:16-[REP_55102] Failed to connect to repository service [PowerCenter].

I've tried different repository, domain, username, etc. No Luck.

Where should I be looking?
