Cant add tree region

Hi Everyone,
DB 19.0 Apex 20.2
I am unable to add a tree region to a page. I've tried creating a new page and can also reproduce on apex.oracle.com
When I try to save or run the page I get the error 'Before you can save, all errors have to be fixed!' But there is no error??
I installed the Tree packaged app which works fine??
Am I missing something simple?
