Cant access account

Guys i made an account in OCI last year and i cant access it anymore i get constant errors when trying to use it, i cant reset the password cos i cant get a reset link and it seems something is wrong with the profile in general, might be banned or who knows, there is no way to talk to support, oracle support is a mess, requires to have CUAs SIs and stuff i dont understand, i dont want help with the platform itself but with the login, and when i try to chat with support in the main page of oracle cloud i get weird errors like error 0 and i cant talk to anyone, i tried calling my local numbers but nobody answers, i tried to register another account with another email and credit card but given that it is the same name it blocks it, im at my wits end, what to do? help

How doc gen treats nulls values?

You have to be more specific. Are your referring to the pre-built Document Generator function?

What is the JSON that is generated?

You should always include the element in the JSON, with an empty value. Don't leave it out.

Since September 2024, when a tag has no corresponding value in the JSON data or the value is null, the tag is replaced by an empty string.
