We are working on integrating our patient facing app with Cerner, entire integration is all setup and we were able to fetch the data from the selected organizations. However, authorization is still treating our app as unknown app and failing to validate our identity and getting below error. I can confirm we have already added DNS TXT record with the above clientId registered with cerner.

Can we get more details around the error and what exactly is missing to validate our app?
