Cannot unzip

Hi to all!
I've downloaded
Enterprise Linux Release 5 Update 4 for x86 (32 Bit) - DVD
but the zip-file denies to unpack. Either winRar and Windows itself succeed to reed the image from inside the package, but when trying to unpack i recieve
1. in WinRar "Either multupart or corrupt zip archive"
2. in built-in windows unzip "Error reading the file"
3. And if I just try to copy-paste the content from the explorer so I get something like "Target cannot read the source type ..."

Any idea?
