Cannot uninstall ODP.NET

I am trying to use Oracle Universal Installer to deinstall the two Oracle Homes on my pc.

I think they have become corrupted because I installed Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2017 in the wrong way (I picked "For beginners" on this page: Oracle .NET Software Downloads ).

However, the Oracle Universal Installer seems to hang at "Deinstalling Oracle Data Provider for .NET 11.2.0.3.0". When I cancel and click Remove again, the installer stays at the same spot.

How can I remove the (probably corrupted) provider?
